Reactions culture is based on maintaining a positive and safe work environment through all phases of construction. Every team member operates at the same high safety standard to ensure the safety of our workers and others on site. Reaction employs full time HSE personnel to ensure all safety and environmental policies are followed.
All Reaction staff receive safety orientation upon hire, including a comprehensive review of our safety and environmental policies. Reaction employs also undergo structured training for any equipment they operate ensuring our equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner. Further, structured preventative maintenance measures are followed to minimize down time and risk on site.
